Plans

Plan 1 – Rent collection

Cost: £299 initial payment and 6% monthly fee

This option suits landlords who want to handle the everyday running of the letting but want an agency to manage the financial aspect of the let this includes rent collection, negotiations, rent reviews and monitoring that rent is paid currently and on time.

Tennant find service

Includes arranging viewings, obtaining references and full credit checks.

Security deposit holding

Registered with an approved government scheme

Rent collection

Aire letting will manage the collection of the rent on your behalf and will pay it over to your designated account minus our fees.

Rent compliance

Whilst collecting the rent we will monitor that your rent is being paid in full and on time, letting you know immediately of any issues or concerns.

Plan 2 – Fully Managed

Cost: £199 initial payment and 8% monthly fee

Our Fully Managed service provides you with complete peace of mind. From finding reliable tenants to ensuring all legal compliance is met, we will cover every aspect of letting your property.

We can be trusted to ensure you’re given the best advice and found the most suitable tenant for your property.

Your local Belvoir expert will arrange and conduct all viewings on your behalf as well as ensure all tenancy and credit checks are completely and formally documented. We will draw up a suitable tenancy agreement and will ensure a full inventory is taken before the tenant moves in.

Once the tenant has moved in, we will ensure rent is collected monthly and regular inspections will be conducted to ensure your investment is protected for the future. We will also advise and arrange any repairs that may be necessary and will handle the complete end of tenancy process.

We always have tenants on our books looking for a new home, our end-to-end Full Management service will help you lower your void periods and increase your overall return on investment.

Letting agreements

Aire Letting will arrange the signing of letting agreements annually (Unless we agree otherwise).

Compliance & repairs

We have an established network of trusted tradesmen who are on hand to conduct any regulatory, service or repair work. We will arrange the work to be conducted on your behalf and arrange for any access to the property.

Annual rent review

Our rent collection service will provide you with an annual review of the potential earnings of your property which will include examples of the asking rental cost of similar properties in the area. We will negotiate any increases on your behalf on the annual renewal of letting agreements.

Property visits

Aire Letting will arrange for 2 visits to the property per year and will provide yourself with a record of visit which will include any identified issues or concerns. (Additional visits can be arranged at extra cost)
